I integrate an Internal Family Systems approach, combined with Emotionally Focused Therapy and a foundation in attachment theory, meaning I will work with you to better know and accept all parts of yourself and uncover the hidden needs, emotions, and destructive cycles that may keep you “stuck” in distress and disconnection.
