Group Therapy

In group therapy, you have the opportunity to discover more about yourself in the safety of a supportive, confidential environment. Groups are a place where you can find connection, trust, and a feeling of belonging as you move through the challenges of your life. Those who commit to group therapy often find that their growth as a person accelerates. This therapy will challenge you, and help you to see the truth that you are not alone. As your group facilitator, I will work to help you feel safe, connected, and understood as you grow in your relationships with other group members.

Current Group Openings

This list will be continually updated as spaces open up and as additional groups form.

"Into Fatherhood" Therapy Group

This weekly, 90-minute therapeutic group is designed to help "dads" find the connection, support, and mental space to process the challenges of fatherhood and to grow as a parent, partner, and person.
