"The strongest among us are those who can reach for others."

Sue Johnson

Welcome. I am here to help.

Are you struggling in your life and relationships? At times you may feel alone, frustrated, misunderstood, or overwhelmed. Maybe disconnection, criticism, or conflict have taken over. You may be worried that confusion, anger, grief, and loneliness are the new normal in your life. Perhaps you feel something special has been lost, and you want to find it again.

I specialize in helping people with:

  • Relationship issues

  • Becoming new parents

  • Pre-marital counseling

  • Betrayals of trust

  • Family conflict

  • Pre-teen and adolescent issues

  • Men's issues

Whether you are going through one of these or another challenging situation, you may find yourself longing for a feeling of wholehearted connection and belonging.

Help is available to you.

I specialize in working with couples, families, and individuals who want to reclaim the joy of deep connection to themselves and their significant others. I use an attachment-based and emotionally-focused approach, meaning I will work with you to uncover the hidden needs, emotions, and destructive cycles that may keep you “stuck” in distress and disconnection.

By providing a supportive, confidential space, I can help you connect to your truest self and create the kinds of enduring relationships that allow you to grow toward your full potential. Together, we can work toward a more hopeful, harmonious life.

Take the next step.
